Anthony (called “Antney” in his hometown) is a songwriter, singer, storyteller, and author. He
spent a career in the U.S. Air Force, with assignments including at the Pentagon and White House, retiring as a Colonel.
His passion is meaningful message
music. Anthony’s life experiences, including the death of three
brothers to cancer, re-affirmed his belief in the healing power of music and the presence God. He has written and produced five albums. He is currently remastering his albums. Anthony’s latest album, “Heart Decisions” (due for release in 2024), speaks to the power of the heart when making difficult decisions about love. His message music spans spiritual,
blues, R&B, country, and other genres. Anthony’s storytelling
ability as a public speaker for over 15 years, allows him to give
unique insight to the background of his songs.
In March 2022, Anthony decided to follow his dream of making meaningful message music.
Music was a constant companion for Anthony as a member of his church’s youth choir while
growing up in Gastonia, North Carolina. Since childhood, he has enjoyed meaningful message
music, which cuts across many different genres.
Anthony believes no matter where we live in the world, we are connected. We all possess
similar dreams, hopes, and fears. Herman Melville, an American author, once said: “We cannot
live for ourselves alone. Our lives are connected by a thousand invisible threads, and along these
sympathetic fibers, our actions run as causes and return to us as results.” Anthony strives to be a
positive force through music in strengthening these connections.
